The Cornell Club of Cape Cod, through its member donations, has been able to help deserving Cape Cod students at Cornell over the years with grants of $500 to $1,000. This year we have awarded two scholarships of $1,000 each. 34 donations have been made so far this year. Please support this effort now! Tuition alone is almost $33,000 this year. Awards help reduce the loan burden on some very outstanding Cape Cod Cornellians. You can designate your annual University donation to our Club's Scholarship Fund or send a separate check. If you donate by check please use a separate check made out to Cornell University and on the memo line, please write Cornell Club of Cape Cod Scholarship Fund. This will help us account for this tax-deductible contribution. Mail your check to Jim Liedell, 148 Kate's Path, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675. Thank you very much for your support! From Hatchville to Namibia: Erikka Loftfield '05Erikka, a 2002-3 recipient of a Cornell Club of Cape Cod grant has become a Peace Corps teacher in Africa after graduating from Cornell. A feature article about her experiences was published in the January 7, 2007 Cape Cod Times.
